    Order Processing Guide

    Ochsenbine Custom Apparel's process to completing an order is thorough to guarantee full satisfaction for all of our clients.


    • Answer client’s questions and discuss ideas and expectations:
      • Date client needs product
      • Type of Design / Logo
      • Color(s) of Design /Logo
      • Placement of Design / Logo
      • Style of shirt
      • Brand of shirt
      • Amount of shirts including sizes
      • *Method of delivery (see printing and delivery)
    • Discuss general pricing for quote

    Accepting a Quote

    • Quote is prepared based on inquiries from client
    • Client accepts quote
      • Quote is good for up to 3 months of the date issued
    • Digital Design is prepared and presented to Client:
      • Changes are made as requested
      • Finalized once client is completely satisfied with Design / Logo
    • Complete quote is prepared which includes:
      • Quantity of t-shirts
      • Item number for the style of t-shirt(s) to be ordered
      • Description of brand and color of t-shirt(s) to be ordered
      • Size of t-shirt(s)
      • Print location (front, back or pocket)
      • Unit price and total unit price (if multiple sizes ordered)
      • Unit price(s) are subtotaled
      • Sales tax (7.25%) is added for overall balance due
      • Finalized Digital Design
      • *Method of delivery (see printing and delivery)
    • *Client signs off on finalized quote and puts down a 50% deposit (see printing and delivery)
      • Client and Ochsenbine Custom Apparel receive a signed copy of finalized quote
      • A receipt for each payment and invoice are provided at time of delivery

    Printing and Delivery

    • Ochsenbine Custom Apparel prints order:
      • Finished printed product is solely based on final signed quote
    • Ochsenbine Custom Apparel delivers client’s product via selected method of delivery:
      • Hand Delivered: Ochsenbine Custom Apparel will hand deliver to clients that live within Belmont County Ohio; free of charge.
      • Standard Shipping: Standard shipping rates apply to all orders of clients located more than 5 miles outside of the Belmont County Ohio area.
    • Client provides Ochsenbine Custom Silk Screening with final payment upon delivery:
      • If order is shipped (not hand delivered), final payment, in full, will be due upon acceptance of a completed and signed quote.
        • This pertains to all orders that are not within the Belmont County Ohio area.
      • All orders subject to hand delivery,  those within the Belmont County Ohio area, will require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of a completed and signed quote. The remaining, final balance will be due upon delivery of product.
